Fundamental BJJ (ages 8+)

Starting at ages 8 and above, students will learn the basics of developing the foundation of Jiu Jitsu. This class focuses on skill building, fundamental movements, and techniques structured around self defense and control.


Classes are divided between kids, young adults, and adults. Live sparring takes place dependent upon rank, skill, and abilities.

All Level BJJ (rank dependent)

Open for Adult and Young Adult (gray belts and above) to begin adding onto their basic foundation of Jiu Jitsu. In this class, students will advance their knowledge into understanding the higher level of Jiu Jitsu through technique, principles, and concepts.

Last 30 minutes of class is focused on live sparring to pressure test techniques, build character and confidence, and improve overall health.


 

No Gi BJJ (ages 8+)

Our No Gi BJJ is designed to develop the link between Gi and No Gi while following the evolution and development of Jiu Jitsu. Students will continue the understanding of control through principles and concepts to self problem solve.

*Shelbyville Location: Wednesday's Fund. BJJ & All Level BJJ

*Rushville Location: Built into the Fund. BJJ Classes

Muay Thai  (ages 16+)
*Shelbyville Location Only* 

Head Instructor Chase Marsden provides our Mauy Thai striking class. With his decade of experience and knowledge, students will gain confidence through learning the basic fundamental structure of movement and control. This class evolves into a high level of striking which complements our self-defense aspect of Jiu Jitsu for real world applications.

EFC (Effective Fitness Combatives)

BJJ Coach Sheepdog is a Certified Academy through the EFC and provides national level training for Law Enforcement.  Co-Owners and several students who are Certified EFC Level 1 Instructors provide LEO Only training on scheduled times.
